When I was growing up in India
"Businessman" was equal to a crook.
Umpteen number of hindi/telugu/tamil movies were produced with the crooked moneylender of the village or the crooked business man of the city, in the role of the villain.
This has been inculcated in all of us so much so we hated business and grew up without knowing the ABCD of business ,finance marketing entrepreneurship
so much so people in india think you have to be born in a mercantile caste or a family to be able to do profitable business.
