Cataract surgery on 32 patients in torch light; CMO suspended NO you should fire the CM, Power minister and CMD of the power distribution corporation

"Taking a serious note of the matter, the Uttar Pradesh government acted promptly and suspended CMO Rajendra Prasad," Health Minister Sidharth Nath Singh said.

I have worked in various Government  Hospitals of  Andhra Pradesh for a number of years Both as a general surgeon and pediatric surgeon.
It is a very common occurrence for us to continue surgeries  under Torchlight
when there is a power disruption  in the middle of the  operation.
although we would postpone any elective surgery if there is no power at the start.

The same people who are finding fault with the doctors would crucify the same doctors if they postponed the cataract surgeries after their eyes were dilated and after a wait of  > 4 to 5 hours that due to lack of power their surgeries are postponed.

How does suspending CMO solve the problem .
Did he not pay the power bill?

Is he responsible for shitty erratic power provided to essential services like Hospitals in UP ? or did he particularly order the Opthalmic surgeons to operate  elctively under torchlight ?
Fire the  CM, and the Power minister instead.
