when someone wants a position they need to provide some details on how they qualify. This is fundamental.
This is typical of the Indian mentality
" Don"t you know who I Am ?"
"How dare you do not recognize who i am"
Even if it is politically motivated the graceful thing For Ms Thapar is to send in the CV not make a spectacle of it.
