Human Society International's director (sic)says the shooting of 3 stray dogs should be made a cognizable offence.
I say Humane Society International's director in Hyderabad should be bitten by a rabid dog!
I say he needs to look at the fear of every person who comes across a pack of stray dogs early in the morning or late at night.
The problem is due to the yawning gap between the haves and have nots and the neglect corruption of civic works. the menace of stray dogs in most urban areas of India has gone up many fold in the last few years.
many of the public hospitals do not even carry the rabies vaccine.
If the GHMC did it's job correctly there will be no need fo some vigilante shooting stray dogs.
Whatever funds this society has should be used to put down stray dogs in a humane fashion
the Hyderabad police should use their minimal resources more productively rather than chasing dog killers they need to chase murderers and terrorists.
PS: I own a 14 year old dog, I spent a few thousand dollars o his surgery when he had an accident.
