Is this English ,Hinglish, marnglish or tenglish?

I am seeing more and more  online english news papers printing sentences which are not only grammatically wrong but most of the time do not make any sense.

I understand english is not the first language  of  most people in India. Many of the reporters studied in  regional medium schools. but  there is no need to keep writing  horrible english  when  Microsoft word and  google docs make it  very simple to correct the  spelling and grammar.

"ISRO's MOM completes 1000 Earth days, can survive for 'more years'"( some  pun!?)

the question is redundancy is expected in space missions. but if a spacecraft was supposed to last 6 months  is going to last  more then  3 years the question to ask the scientists of Isro is did they miscalculated by sending a heavy stellite and wasted money
