Not including any fire safety investigators and fire Forensics investigators in the committee enquiring in to Srisailam power plant Fire is Gross negligence.
Having an internal investigating committee with the same members who are to be held accountable is the height of stupidity.
The family members of those engineers who have died in the fire should demand an independent enquiry with proper experts so that this matter is once again swept under the carpet and people go on their business as usual.
