LifePlus. This company has just announced their product, Lifeleaf, a wrist-mounted wearable that they claim  can sense and  send the  data  via your  smartphone  to  a  HIPPA compliant  cloud platform

The Lifeleaf is purported to be a noninvasive monitor that can track continuous glucose levels, blood pressure, heart rate, respiration rate, and oxygen saturation levels. 

According to LifePlus, there are 5 trials in the world using their platform at this time.

 I do not know if this is an actual working gadget
