How do Primary care physician think

"As physicians, we see people struggle with out-of-pocket costs, deciding which types of care they're able to afford and making very challenging decisions," said Pollack. Primary care physicians, he added, "try to advocate for their patients."

Physicians are working longer hours, seeing more patients, and earning less

what kind of stupid research questions these ivory tower academic "physicians 'Ask?

"When asked whether they agreed with the statement that physicians provide a higher-quality examination and consultation than do nurse practitioners during the same type of primary care visit, 66.1% of physicians agreed and 75.3% of nurse practitioners disagreed."

If you ask the same population the reverse question the statistics will not be the reverse.

It is a basic human psychology to think our own kind is the best

There are hundreds of brands of  glucose testing machines and strips and  theses F$%^*&^ Insurance companies keep changing the list of machines or stips as they please and the Pharmacy which has a standing instruction to switch to a formulary accepted strip/machine keeps turning down the patient and sending a bunch of paper with requirements which take up time which is not paid.

It is beyond my understanding how a chiropractic clinic can do an x-ray to r/o a fracture for 50 $ whereas the Hospital sends me an $ 850 bill for an X-ray chest I took for an employment physical.
