if we can invent an unpatented process in india before wtc regulations come in to effect .one can convert 10% of the world sugar production .this is feasible as india is one of the large sugar producers of the world
then the rest of the 90 % cane produced can be used to convert it in to fuel for a fuel cell economy .
I personally think
dr. Anjireddy of reddy labs would be the best person to implement tjhis idea .
