Google/ alphabet is going the Xerox way

Why Google is slipping

Like Tesla Google also seems to be slipping from the high pedestal on which we have placed it.
there seems to be absolutely no coordination between different departments.
just like the old-time Xerox and it's research Branch at Palo Alto graphical user interface and Steve Jobs
Google also seems to me not understanding fantastic software which is produced by their research scientists and integrating it with all their products.
For example, I have been waiting for almost three decades for a speech recognition software for mmy mother tongue which is an Indic language called Telugu. very recently this week in Google Documents it became  reality and I am really surprised at the accuracy of the speech recognition for Telugu. but I cannot use it anywhere else other than Google Docs because it is not been integrated with the Chrome extension
Google input device.
What is worse is Blogger where the user interface for editing your blog is one of the worst kind with
the most useless and  minimal amount of choices in the menu.
Even in Google Docs they seem to be going in the direction of Apple and trying to straightjacket everyone. for example I have hundreds of Untitled documents in my drive because every time I open a new file Google Docs will automatically save it without ever asking me which may be a good idea for some people but we should have the option to not save the file when we close the file.
Google simply discards their most loyal users who have helped them improve their software without
a second thought.
for example, in the beginning, Google Local guides were promised  extra storage on their Drive for
participating in the program but then suddenly they decided to change this so Google thinks that the
work put in by the local guides is less valuable than the five or six dollars which a person has to pay
to get the same amount of storage without spending their time and energy.

probably I can go on and on but I will and this blog post with the observation about the translation tool box many users have help Translate a large number of documents in different languages which in turn must have helped the neural network understand good translations and improve Google translations.
but once again ఆ of the tools which are available online for ordinary customers are not even made available and users in the translation tool box.
the worst thing is that is not even a response to multiple complaints mad about this.

so Google/ alphabet  is going the Xerox way
instead of copier sales people dominating scientists Ad revenue people are dominating computer engineers.
