To day when I logged in I was not seeing my patients but 64 patients who were dummy names .
After spending sometime with IT support I learned that I was logging in to EPIC 2020 ACE which is a dummy template created for orientation purposes.
I wish someone in AMI knew about this and gave us access on day one so that we could play around and learn a lot more about EPIC than our usual see on, ,do one , teach one system

Lock Screen Alerts: Display alerts on computers when a user’s screen is locked.
Login Screen Override: Display alerts and use a USB-connected emergency alert panic button without a logged-in user (Windows).
Flexible Display Modes: In addition to full-screen notifications, utilize quarter or partial screen, and scrolling ticker notifications.
Non-Invasive: Run Alertus Desktop alert software in the background with minimal network usage (~1KB per request)
