Why do we Indians keep complaining about the Western documentary filmmakers concentrating on the bad things in India like the slums of Dharavi, or the
cows sitting in the middle of the road not bothered by anybody because they are holy, are they showing the small children begging for food or children working in inhuman brick kilns.
Or when we see the industrialist Singhania going around in his supercar and talking about the supercar club and Mumbai do we feel proud, envious or disgusted?
I fully agree that the Western documentary filmmakers have a great bias to show the worst things in India.
But the question I have is why is it that no Indian documentary filmmaker makes films which both show the good and bad things about India?
