- Note on Marijuana Detection in Hair: Due to low binding characteristics of marijuana in hair, it's more difficult to detect occasional marijuana use. Factors including lighter hair color, long exposure to sun, bleaching & coloring, amount of hair sample submitted, & hair length can impact the sensitivity & detectability of marijuana in hair. If there is enough marijuana bound in hair, our test will detect it but due to individual variations, marijuana may not stay in hair long enough to be detected.

EZHOME HAIR TEST - 1005-9950

The ezHOME Multi-Drug Hair Test is a drug testing solution for parents, employers, and individuals in need of hair drug testing. Our SAMHSA, CLIA, CAP, and ISO certified lab will screen for drug usage by analyzing the hair sample, allowing for a full 90-day drug history report (provided the sample is sufficient, meaning 90-120 strands of hair cut from the scalp that is 1.5 inches long). Results are available in 3-7 business days upon receipt of the sample at Phamatech, Inc., who then processes the sample.

How It Works (Instructions)

Hair testing is used to detect drug use over a long period of time (3 months), compared to standard testing methods (urine, which is days and saliva which is hours). 90-120 strands of hair cut 1.5 inches long from the scalp can provide a 3-month profile of drug use.

The ezHOME Multi-Drug Hair Test includes a prepaid first class return shipping mailer to our San Diego laboratory, and results are available between 3-7 business days after receipt. You can find the results at ezhomelab.com or by calling us at 469-389-2120.
